One shared inbox
Messages from every channel land in a single list, in real time. Nobody refreshes anything — a new message appears the moment it arrives.
Omnichannel customer platform
A customer messages you on WhatsApp, comes back the next day on Instagram, then sends an email. Three separate threads — one person. Ovelty brings them together so your team can answer from a single window.
You connect the accounts you already use — no new numbers, no migration.
Channels that arrive in one inbox
Features
All of it is part of the platform. There is nothing else to buy and bolt on.
Messages from every channel land in a single list, in real time. Nobody refreshes anything — a new message appears the moment it arrives.
The same customer's WhatsApp number, Instagram handle and email collapse into one profile. The system surfaces likely matches with the evidence behind them; merging stays your decision.
Voice messages are transcribed automatically. Read them without headphones, find them in search, and keep them in the conversation history.
Turn answers you repeat into shortcuts. Type / in the composer and the list opens — delivery terms, return policy, opening hours, all a few keystrokes away.
Route conversations to teams and to people. It is clear who owns what, and two agents stop replying to the same customer at once.
Track conversations as open, pending or closed, and build your own labels. What people actually ask about shows up later in reporting.
Volume per channel, team activity and AI usage — see which channel carries the load and what you are paying for.
Who changed what and when, and where each account signed in from, is recorded. When a question comes up, the answer is in the log.
When a connection drops, a token expires or a webhook is pointed somewhere else, the system notices and names the channel — you find out immediately, not from a customer.
Turn what a conversation asks for into a task — a callback, a document, an approval. The work stops living inside a thread.
Each teammate sees only what their job needs. You define the roles and send invitations by email.
AI assistant
Not a generic chatbot. It learns from your own conversations, writes the draft, and leaves the decision to send with your agent.
Turn it on and a draft is prepared as soon as a message arrives. Your agent opens the thread and finds text to read and edit, not an empty box.
The assistant reads your past conversations and derives a profile of your business and notes on your tone — what you sell, how you address people, the phrases you use. You can edit the profile afterwards.
“Make it shorter”, “more formal”, “apologise” — rewrite a draft in one click. You choose what appears in the menu: a label and an instruction, up to eight of them.
A customer’s voice note is transcribed and passed to the assistant, so the draft answers what was said, not only what was typed.
The assistant is governed per workspace. Switch it off entirely, pause it for a while, or keep it while turning auto-draft off.
Every suggestion — generated, used, edited or discarded — is recorded. Whether the assistant earns its cost is a number, not an opinion.
The last word is always your agent's. The assistant never sends anything to a customer on its own — it only prepares a draft.
How it works
You keep your numbers, your accounts and your customer history — you are connecting them, not moving them.
Link your WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and email accounts. Adding live chat to your website is one line of code.
Invite people, group them into teams, and shape roles and labels around the way you already work.
Everything lands in one inbox. Saved replies, AI drafts and tasks take the repetition out of the day.

Ovelty is a software platform operated by Khana PMU (“we”, “us”, “our”). Ovelty provides a customer messaging platform that brings conversations from multiple communication channels into one workspace.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, how it is used and shared, and how users can request access to or deletion of their data.
Depending on the features and channels you connect to Ovelty, we may process the following categories of information:
| Category | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Account data | Full name, email address, company or business name, role and permissions, preferred language, and profile picture. |
| Message content | Messages sent and received through connected channels, including text, attachments, images, documents, voice notes and their transcripts, and message reactions where available. |
| Contact data of your customers | Information made available through connected channels, such as name, phone number, email address, profile information, and channel identifiers such as a Facebook or Instagram user ID, WhatsApp number, or Telegram chat ID. |
| Channel connection data | Page and account identifiers, access tokens, webhook secrets, and other information required to connect and operate supported communication channels. Sensitive credentials are stored using appropriate security measures. |
| Technical and security information | Information such as sign-in times, IP addresses, application logs, error reports, and security or audit records generated through use of the service. |
We process this information:
We do not sell personal data. We do not use the content of customer conversations for advertising.
We share information only with service providers and platforms necessary to operate Ovelty and only to the extent required for their function.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, WhatsApp account, or another supported Meta asset to Ovelty, Ovelty may receive and process information made available through Meta’s APIs.
Depending on the connected service and permissions granted, this may include Page or account identifiers, user identifiers, profile information, messages, message metadata, attachments, and other information necessary to provide the connected messaging functionality.
We use Meta Platform Data only to provide and support Ovelty’s applicable features, including displaying conversations, enabling authorized workspace users to respond to messages, maintaining conversation history, and providing enabled assistant features.
We process Meta Platform Data in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
When an AI-assisted feature is enabled or requested, relevant conversation content may be processed by an AI service provider to generate a suggested reply or other requested output.
AI-generated replies are presented as suggestions for the authorized Ovelty user to review. The assistant does not independently send a suggested reply to a customer unless Ovelty expressly provides such a feature and the workspace has enabled it.
AI-assisted features may be disabled or paused where those controls are available. When the applicable AI feature is not being used, conversation content is not sent to an AI provider for that feature.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain an active workspace, meet security and operational requirements, or comply with applicable law.
Users may request deletion of their information as described in our Data Deletion Instructions. Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by Ovelty.
Data transmitted between supported clients and Ovelty is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption. Sensitive channel credentials are protected using appropriate security controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information.
Requests can be submitted to support@ovelty.com.
We may need to verify a request before completing it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date shown above and provide notice where required by applicable law.
Questions about this Privacy Policy or Ovelty’s handling of data may be sent to support@ovelty.com.
