Are all channels really included?
Yes. Every plan includes one of each: WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email and website chat. A second account of any kind is $5 a month.
What does a user cost?
The first user is included in every plan. Each additional person who answers messages is $9 a month, on any plan.
What does WhatsApp itself cost?
Meta bills its own messaging fees to your WhatsApp Business account. Ovelty adds nothing on top of them.
How is the AI assistant billed?
The assistant is part of the Everything plan, or a $20 module on a custom plan. On top of that it is billed on what your team uses, and the usage report shows it per person.
Can I change plans or modules later?
Yes. Switch a module on or off, add or remove people and channels, and the price changes with it.
Do you offer the same price everywhere?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars for every country.
