One list. Whoever is free answers.
Every channel lands in the same stream, in real time. A conversation has one owner, the customer's history is beside it, and the rules you set decide who gets what and when.
Built for a team, not for a phone
Messaging apps assume one person on one device. A business is several people, several devices and a customer who does not care which.
Every channel, one list
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email and website chat in real time, newest first, with the channel marked on each.
One owner, by hand or by rule
Round robin across a team, the person who answered last time, or working hours. Out of hours, an automatic reply says when you are back.
One customer, one history
The same person on two channels is one contact. The reply is written with everything they ever said in view.
Notes and @mentions
Talk to a teammate inside the thread, invisible to the customer. A mention puts it in their Mentioned folder.
Folders, search, templates
Awaiting reply, Mentioned and your own views. Search across every folder with a jump to the message. Saved replies for what you type every day.
Labels, teams and roles
Labels on contacts and conversations, teams with their own queues, and roles that decide who sees and does what.
The inbox is where the rest of the product starts
A conversation becomes a lead, a booking, a broadcast reply or a number in a report, without leaving the thread.
A message arrives
On any channel, into the list, with the customer's name and history beside it.
Someone owns it
The rule or a teammate assigns it. The AI assistant can draft the first reply; a person sends it.
It turns into something
A lead with a value, an appointment in the calendar, or simply a completed conversation that the report counts.
One rule for “waiting”. A conversation waits from the customer's message until a person replies; an automatic reply does not count. The home screen, the folders and the reports all use the same rule.
Good to know
Which channels land in the inbox?
WhatsApp Business, Instagram direct messages and comments, Facebook Messenger and Page comments, Telegram, email and a chat on your website. One of each is included in every plan; more are $5 a month each.
How is a conversation assigned?
By hand, or by a rule: round robin across a team, to the person who answered last time, within working hours, with an automatic reply outside them. A conversation has one owner and the whole team can see it.
What is a conversation, exactly?
Everything a customer says to you, across channels, is one conversation until it is completed. A new message after that opens a new one, with the whole history still a scroll away.
Can the team talk to each other inside it?
Yes. Internal notes sit in the thread, invisible to the customer, and an @mention puts the conversation in a teammate's Mentioned folder.
Can I see what is waiting right now?
The home screen shows the inbox as it is: waiting, assigned, completed, by channel and by person. The Awaiting reply folder is the list of what needs an answer.
